📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement Industry 4.0 solutions, including IoT, AI, and robotics, to enhance manufacturing efficiency and productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate digital technologies into our manufacturing processes.
• Monitor and optimize manufacturing processes using advanced analytics and data-driven decision-making.
• Develop and maintain documentation for Industry 4.0 projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Provide technical support and training to manufacturing staff on the use of Industry 4.0 technologies.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, and propose innovative solutions to drive continuous improvement.
• Work closely with suppliers and partners to ensure the successful integration of Industry 4.0 solutions.
• Participate in project management activities, including planning, execution, and monitoring of Industry 4.0 initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Industry 4.0 technologies, including IoT, AI, robotics, and automation.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software tools such as Siemens PLM, SAP, or similar.
• Certifications in Industry 4.0 technologies, such as IIoT (Industrial Internet of Things) or IIRA (Industrial Internet Reference Architecture), are a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Fluency in English is required, both written and spoken.
