📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the maintenance and repair of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural components.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and assessments to identify and address potential issues.
• Manage and coordinate maintenance schedules and work orders.
• Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities and inspections.
• Provide technical support and guidance to property management and maintenance teams.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Building Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in building maintenance and operations, preferably in a luxury or high-end property setting.
• Certification in building maintenance or a related field is a plus.
• Proficiency in using building management systems (BMS) and maintenance software.
• Strong knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
