The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage service.,Ensure the restaurant meets health and safety standards and compliance with local regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Manage staff performance, including hiring, training, and development.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Maintain a clean and well-maintained restaurant, including equipment and facilities.,Handle customer complaints and ensure a positive dining experience for all guests.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency.,Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and best practices.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
