📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring they meet high-quality standards and are delivered on time.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative engineering solutions that align with Desa Oculus' sustainability goals.
• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of renewable energy projects, including solar and hydro systems.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to identify potential challenges and develop mitigation strategies.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, incorporating new innovations into our projects.
• Represent Desa Oculus at industry events and conferences, showcasing our projects and expertise.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including environmental and safety guidelines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing engineering projects in the renewable energy sector.
• Strong knowledge of engineering software and tools, including AutoCAD, Revit, and project management tools like MS Project or Primavera.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP) or equivalent is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Understanding of local regulations and cultural considerations specific to Bali.
