📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct process analysis and identify areas for improvement using tools like Value Stream Mapping and Kaizen.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles to eliminate waste and enhance productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute process improvement initiatives.
• Utilize data analytics to monitor and optimize production processes.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for various production processes.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address quality issues.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects and share best practices with the team.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in the production environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in industrial engineering or a similar role.
• Proven experience in process optimization, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement.
• Familiarity with SAP, Lean Six Sigma, and other relevant software tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or equivalent is a plus.
