• Conduct regular one-on-one and group coaching sessions to provide personalized feedback and guidance.
• Utilize multimedia tools such as Canva, Adobe Spark, or other design software to create visually appealing course materials.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in public speaking through continuous learning and professional development.
• Collaborate with the SpeakMaster Indonesia team to ensure that all courses align with the company's mission and values.
• Provide regular progress reports to students and parents/guardians to track learning outcomes and address any concerns.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the ongoing improvement of the online learning platform.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Communication, Public Speaking, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching public speaking or a related subject.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
