📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement maintenance schedules for facilities, equipment, and infrastructure.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance issues.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facilities and equipment.
• Procure and manage maintenance supplies and materials.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with external vendors and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Monitor and maintain the performance of maintenance equipment.
• Provide technical support and training to maintenance staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in facility maintenance.
• Familiarity with maintenance management software such as SAP PM, Maximo, or similar.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and standards relevant to facility maintenance.
• Ability to work in a team and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
