As a Hostel Warden, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our hostel facilities, ensuring that all guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. You will work closely with our housekeeping team, property management, and front desk staff to address any issues or concerns that may arise. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the hostel facilities, including cleaning, maintenance, and security.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all guests by enforcing house rules and regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment by coordinating with housekeeping staff and addressing any maintenance issues.
• Work closely with the front desk and property management team to address guest concerns and resolve any issues promptly.
• Monitor and maintain the inventory of hostel supplies and equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections of hostel facilities to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of hostel policies and procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests and staff, fostering a positive and welcoming atmosphere.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality, housekeeping, or property management.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations, particularly in the hospitality industry.
• Familiarity with property management software, such as Frontdesk, PMS, or similar.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Fluent in English and Indonesian.
