📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales tracking.,Ensure that the store is well-stocked and that all products are displayed attractively and accurately.,Train and develop store staff to ensure they are knowledgeable about the products and services offered.,Monitor customer satisfaction and address any concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the store and increase sales.,Work closely with the company's management team to ensure that the store meets all company standards and goals.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all store transactions and operations.,Ensure that the store is clean, safe, and secure at all times.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the retail industry.,Proven track record of success in managing a retail store, including driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and vendors.,Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, sales tracking, and customer service.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Ability to travel and work outside of normal business hours when necessary.
