📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy and manage stock levels to optimize warehouse space and reduce costs.
  • Develop and implement warehouse safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and other departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
  • Monitor warehouse performance metrics and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Train and mentor warehouse staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Manage warehouse budget and resources effectively.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of managing warehouse operations and improving efficiency.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management software and systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations is a plus.
