📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Handle inventory management, including stock taking, ordering, and replenishment.,Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of store transactions and inventory.,Train and supervise junior store staff to ensure high standards of service.,Monitor store performance metrics and implement strategies to improve efficiency.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a store administration or retail management role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management and retail operations.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficient in using computer software for inventory and record-keeping.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail industry and practices is a plus.
