📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure product quality and safety.,Inspect and test products to identify defects and ensure compliance with quality standards.,Lead and mentor the quality control team, providing guidance and support.,Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence of quality issues.,Monitor and report on quality metrics and trends to senior management.,Ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards, and company policies.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality and safety concerns.,Train and develop employees on quality control best practices and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Control, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.,Strong knowledge of quality control principles, standards, and regulations.,Proven experience in leading and mentoring quality control teams.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Proficiency in using quality control software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
