SM Development Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HSE Specialist to join our Data Center Operations team in Tangerang Selatan, Banten. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and environmental compliance of our data center operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive HSE programs for data center operations.,Conduct regular HSE audits and inspections to identify and mitigate risks.,Provide training and guidance to employees on HSE best practices and procedures.,Ensure compliance with all applicable HSE regulations and standards.,Investigate and report on HSE incidents and near-misses.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement HSE improvements.,Maintain and update HSE documentation and records.,Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics and KPIs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, Environment, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HSE management, preferably in a data center or industrial environment.,Certification in HSE (e.g., OSHA, NEBOSH, or equivalent) is a plus.,Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and standards applicable to data center operations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using HSE management software and tools.,Familiarity with data center operations and infrastructure is a plus.
