Spot Hub Sejahtera is looking for a talented and experienced Senior HR Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from advertising to onboarding.,Administer employee benefits and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations issues and conflicts.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR.,Assist in the development of training programs for employees.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a senior HR role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) is a plus.,Familiarity with HR best practices and trends.
