Doherty IT Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Cloud & Infrastructure Consultant to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely from Bali while supporting clients in the US on a US shift schedule. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) and Microsoft Intune.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and solutions to clients, ensuring their IT infrastructure is optimized and secure. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and deliver tailored solutions that align with their goals.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide expert advice and solutions to clients regarding cloud and infrastructure management.,Assist clients in understanding their business needs and delivering tailored solutions.,Ensure the security and optimization of clients' IT infrastructure.,Work closely with clients to implement and manage Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) and Microsoft Intune.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in cloud and infrastructure management.,Collaborate with the Doherty IT Solutions team to deliver high-quality services to clients.,Provide technical support and troubleshooting to clients as needed.,Participate in client meetings and presentations to showcase the value of Doherty IT Solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Proven experience as a Cloud & Infrastructure Consultant, with a focus on MECM and Intune.,Certifications in Microsoft technologies, such as MCSE, MCSD, or MCITP, are a plus.,Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and technologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience working in a remote environment and managing time effectively.
