AETHER Jaya is looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling all cash transactions, ensuring accurate and efficient service to our customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process all cash transactions accurately and efficiently,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally,Maintain a clean and organized cash register area,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Assist in training and supervising junior cashiers,Prepare and reconcile daily cash reports,Monitor cash drawer levels and report any discrepancies,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Cashier or similar role,Proven track record of accuracy and efficiency in cash handling,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Good knowledge of basic accounting principles,Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures,Ability to lift and move up to 20 lbs (9 kg) occasionally,High school diploma or equivalent
