Village Leaf Group is seeking a dedicated and reliable Security Guard to join our team in Baturaja. We are looking for a professional who is committed to maintaining a safe and secure environment for our employees and visitors.
The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
This is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance, transportation allowance, and a performance-based bonus.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Monitor and patrol the premises to ensure the safety and security of all personnel and visitors,Conduct regular security checks and inspections,Respond to emergencies and security incidents promptly and effectively,Maintain and operate security equipment such as CCTV cameras and alarm systems,Enforce security policies and procedures,Provide assistance to visitors and guests as needed,Prepare and maintain security reports and logs,Collaborate with other security personnel and management to ensure a safe working environment🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Minimum high school education,Minimum 2 years of experience as a Security Guard or similar role,Strong knowledge of security procedures and protocols,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and in a team,Physical fitness and the ability to perform strenuous activities,Valid security guard certification or license,Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus🛠️ Keahlian
