📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Consult with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.,Achieve sales targets through effective sales strategies and techniques.,Manage customer relationships and provide excellent customer service.,Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions.,Promote products and services to increase sales and market share.,Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental and company goals.,Participate in training sessions to improve sales and customer service skills.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with sales tools and technologies is a plus.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
