📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment failures to minimize downtime.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor and maintain equipment performance metrics.
- Collaborate with production teams to optimize manufacturing processes.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance engineering in semiconductor manufacturing.
- Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing equipment and processes.
- Knowledge of maintenance management systems (MMS) and computer-aided maintenance management (CAMM) software.
- Certification in Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.
