CAST Mandiri is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Senior Accountant to join our team in Pontianak, Kalimantan Barat. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing the accounting team, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing strategic financial advice to support the company's growth.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Leading and managing the accounting team, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Preparing and analyzing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting to stakeholders, including management, investors, and regulatory bodies.
  • Providing strategic financial advice to support the company's financial planning and decision-making processes.
  • Overseeing the preparation and filing of tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.
  • Conducting regular financial audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement and ensure financial accuracy.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial data for reporting and analysis.
  • Developing and implementing accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior accounting role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Professional certification, such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA, is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
