Tanggung Jawab:

• Leading and managing electrical engineering projects from conception to completion.
• Ensuring all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Overseeing the work of electrical engineers and technicians, providing guidance and support.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems into overall project plans.
• Conducting risk assessments and developing mitigation strategies for electrical projects.
• Maintaining and updating technical knowledge and skills through continued education and training.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards.
• Providing technical expertise and advice to clients and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on project management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
