📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the logistics fleet,Ensure the safe and efficient transportation of goods,Manage and supervise a team of drivers and support staff,Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance and fuel consumption,Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth logistics operations,Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise within the team,Provide regular reports on fleet performance and operational efficiency

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in the logistics industry,Valid driver's license and clean driving record,Strong knowledge of logistics operations and industry best practices,Excellent communication and leadership skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for fleet management,Familiarity with the local area and knowledge of local regulations,Ability to obtain and maintain a valid Security Clearance (if required)
