📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with company policies and regulations.,Preparing audit reports and recommendations for management to address any issues identified during the audit.,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal control policies and procedures.,Collaborating with various departments to gather information and evidence for audits.,Staying up-to-date with changes in laws, regulations, and industry standards to ensure compliance.,Providing training and support to other employees on internal control and compliance matters.,Participating in risk assessments and identifying areas of potential risk within the organization.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all audit activities and findings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal auditing or a related field.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and auditing standards.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Familiarity with audit software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
