Sentosa Automotive is seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee our in-house restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences. This is a hybrid role, combining on-site and remote responsibilities.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and food cost management.,Ensure high standards of food quality, portion control, and presentation.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and mentor restaurant staff to maintain high service standards.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote special events and promotions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven track record of successfully managing restaurant operations.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Knowledge of Indonesian cuisine and dining trends.
