📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist our executive chefs in preparing and cooking a variety of dishes for our guests
• Learn and apply industry-standard food safety and hygiene practices
• Stock and organize kitchen supplies and ingredients
• Participate in daily kitchen clean-up and maintenance
• Help with special events and catering services as needed
• Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff
• Contribute to the development of our culinary menu and seasonal offerings
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations in the kitchen

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Culinary Arts, Hotel Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in a professional kitchen
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools, including but not limited to: commercial ovens, grills, fryers, and blenders
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for food, hospitality, and continuous learning
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
