Compassionate Caregiver - Early Childhood Development

In this role, you will be responsible for creating a warm and inviting atmosphere where children can explore, learn, and grow. You'll assist with daily activities such as meal preparation, arts and crafts, outdoor play, and educational games, all tailored to the developmental needs of each child. Our ideal Caregiver is passionate about early childhood development and has a genuine love for working with young children.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide daily care and supervision for children aged 2-6 years
• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities, including educational games, arts and crafts, and outdoor play
• Assist with meal preparation and ensure children receive nutritious and balanced meals
• Monitor and document children's progress and development
• Collaborate with the teaching team to create a stimulating and supportive learning environment
• Maintain a clean and organized preschool setting
• Communicate regularly with parents to share updates on their child's progress
• Adhere to safety protocols and emergency procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in early childhood education or related field
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field (preferred but not required)
• Certification in Early Childhood Education (e.g., CPR/First Aid, Child Development Associate, or similar) is a plus
• Strong knowledge of child development and learning theories
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for working with young children and fostering their growth and development
• Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus
