GRID Jaya is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Cashier Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer transactions, providing excellent service, and ensuring a smooth cash handling process. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently,Provide excellent customer service and maintain a friendly atmosphere,Ensure proper handling and counting of cash and other forms of payment,Maintain accurate records of all transactions,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally,Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment,Follow company policies and procedures related to cash handling,Participate in team meetings and training sessions

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,Basic computer skills and familiarity with cash register systems,Familiarity with Indonesian language is a plus,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes,Good time management and organizational skills
