📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in planning, preparing, and executing daily menu items.,Oversee the kitchen operations, including staff scheduling and training.,Ensure food quality and safety standards are met.,Manage inventory and procurement of food ingredients.,Develop and maintain recipes and food preparation methods.,Monitor food costs and ensure profitability.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Handle customer complaints and feedback regarding food quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Chef or similar role.,Strong culinary skills and knowledge of various cuisines.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using kitchen equipment and tools.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Ability to lead and motivate a team.,Familiarity with inventory management and procurement processes.
