📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform precision welding using Argon TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) welding techniques on various materials such as stainless steel, carbon steel, and aluminum.
• Set up and maintain welding equipment, including power sources, welding torches, and gas regulators, to ensure optimal performance.
• Inspect and test welded joints to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
• Follow safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet daily and weekly production targets.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the welding area, to ensure efficiency and safety.
• Stay updated with the latest welding techniques and industry standards through continuous training and development.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving welding-related issues to minimize downtime and maintain production schedules.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Argon TIG Welder in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Certification as an Argon TIG Welder, preferably from a recognized institution such as the Indonesian Institute of Welding (IIW) or equivalent.
• Familiarity with welding software and equipment, including welding machines, gas regulators, and welding torches.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail to ensure high-quality welds.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and management.
• Physical fitness and the ability to lift and move heavy materials.
• Commitment to adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a safe working environment.
