Oversee daily operations and ensure they run smoothly,Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support,Monitor performance and provide feedback to improve productivity,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations,Ensure all tasks are completed on time and within budget,Maintain a safe and secure work environment,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly,Attend meetings and participate in decision-making processes

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role,Strong leadership and communication skills,Excellent organizational and time management skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Knowledge of HR policies and procedures,Familiarity with HR software and tools,Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees and customers
