📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Managing store inventory and ensuring stock levels are adequate.
  • Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Providing excellent customer service and handling customer inquiries.
  • Assisting with store setup and maintenance.
  • Monitoring and reporting store performance metrics.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Assisting with training and development of junior staff.
  • Participating in store promotions and events.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience in retail or administrative roles is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
  • Ability to lift and move items up to 20 lbs.
