📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and optimize analog layouts for advanced semiconductor products,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design integrity and performance,Develop and maintain design rules and guidelines for analog layouts,Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members,Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies,Mentor and train junior engineers in analog layout design techniques,Participate in on-call rotations to support production and development teams,Contribute to the continuous improvement of our design processes and methodologies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in analog layout design,Proficiency in analog layout design tools such as Cadence Virtuoso, Mentor Graphics Calibre, or Synopsys IC Compiler,Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and design rules,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills,Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Fluency in English, both written and spoken
