📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage HR IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they align with business objectives and are delivered on time and within budget.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify HR IT needs and develop strategic solutions.,Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.,Leverage data analytics and reporting tools to measure project performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.,Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals and deliverables.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in HR IT to drive innovation and improve processes.,Mentor and develop junior project managers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on HR IT projects.,Proven track record of successfully managing HR IT projects from conception to completion.,Strong understanding of HR processes and systems, with experience in implementing and managing HR software and tools.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or PRINCE2.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.,Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools, such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
