📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the Customer Experience and Call Center teams, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.,Lead and mentor a team of operations managers and supervisors to achieve operational excellence and high customer satisfaction levels.,Develop and implement strategies to improve customer experience and service quality.,Monitor and analyze call center performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Collaborate with the management team to set and achieve operational goals and objectives.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.,Foster a positive and productive work environment that promotes teamwork and professional growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the customer service or call center industry.,Proven track record of leading and managing high-performing teams.,Strong knowledge of call center operations, customer experience, and quality assurance processes.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with call center software and tools is a plus.
