📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities through market research, customer analysis, and strategic planning.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Develop and present sales proposals and presentations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure the company's competitive advantage.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the mining industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proficiency in using sales software and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus.
