PT Sejahtera Mulya is seeking a talented Technical Writer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for our software products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical writing principles and be able to communicate complex information clearly and concisely. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software products,Collaborate with product teams to gather information and clarify requirements,Write clear, concise, and accurate technical content,Ensure documentation is up-to-date and reflects the latest product features and updates,Review and edit technical content for clarity, accuracy, and consistency,Work with designers and developers to ensure technical content is accessible and user-friendly,Provide feedback on user experience and usability of technical documentation,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of technical writing principles and best practices,Excellent written communication skills in English and Indonesian,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software (e.g., MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar),Ability to work independently and manage time effectively,Strong organizational and project management skills,Ability to work in a remote environment and collaborate with distributed teams
