Performance Management Officer (OKR Specialist)

As an OKR Specialist, you will work closely with our senior management team to set and track Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), a powerful framework for setting and achieving ambitious goals.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing performance management processes, conducting performance reviews, and providing coaching and development support to our team members. You will use tools like Google Sheets, Excel, and other performance management software to track and analyze performance data. With 3-5 years of experience in performance management or a related field, you will bring a strategic mindset and a passion for helping others achieve their full potential.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement performance management processes and systems, including OKRs.
• Set and track Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for individuals and teams, aligning them with the company's strategic goals.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to employees.
• Provide coaching and development support to help employees improve their performance and achieve their goals.
• Analyze performance data and provide insights to inform decision-making.
• Collaborate with senior management to ensure that performance management initiatives are aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in performance management.
• Use tools like Google Sheets, Excel, and other performance management software to track and analyze performance data.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in performance management, HR, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of performance management frameworks, including OKRs, Balanced Scorecard, and other relevant models.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other performance management software.
• Certification in performance management or a related field is a plus.
