📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve online visibility and drive organic traffic.,Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify high-potential opportunities for our websites.,Optimize website content, structure, and performance to enhance user experience and search engine rankings.,Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.,Lead a team of SEO specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of SEO projects.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content marketing, web development, and digital marketing, to align SEO efforts with overall business goals.,Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, best practices, and algorithm updates to ensure our SEO strategies remain effective.,Report on SEO performance to stakeholders and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of delivering successful SEO campaigns.,In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, including keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and technical SEO.,Experience with SEO tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Ability to lead and mentor a team of SEO specialists.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and consumer behavior is a plus.
