📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the medical center, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and supervise a team of healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and support staff.,Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care and hospital operations.,Handle patient admissions, discharges, and transfers.,Monitor and maintain medical equipment and supplies inventory.,Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and hospital efficiency.,Provide leadership and support to the healthcare team to ensure high standards of patient care.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a healthcare setting.,Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proven track record of successful hospital management and team leadership.,Familiarity with medical software and technology is a plus.,Ability to speak and understand Indonesian is a must.
