As a Captain, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of our guests while maintaining the highest standards of service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Ensure the safety and comfort of guests on board the vessel.,Maintain and operate the vessel according to safety regulations and company policies.,Plan and execute daily itineraries and activities for guests.,Supervise and coordinate the crew to ensure smooth operations.,Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.,Conduct regular safety inspections and maintenance checks.,Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and sustainable practices.,Maintain accurate records of vessel operations and guest feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Captain in the tourism industry.,Valid Captain's license and other required certifications.,Strong knowledge of navigation and vessel handling.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Proven track record of ensuring guest satisfaction and safety.,Familiarity with local regulations and customs in Bali.,Ability to speak English fluently, with local language skills being an advantage.
