📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in planning and executing daily menu operations.,Oversee kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and dishwashers.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.,Manage inventory and ordering of food supplies.,Train and develop junior kitchen staff.,Participate in cost control and budgeting activities.,Ensure all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Assistant Chef or similar role.,Proven track record in managing kitchen operations.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.,Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.,Familiarity with kitchen management software and tools.,Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
